Congratulations, you have made it this far and you are one step closer optimizing your your training sessions, elevating your athletic potential and being at your best for your competitive season. 

So, the reason I do this process is because I want to set expectations with potential clients and let them know what to expect if they work with me. I've found this way I can be way more involved, build deeper relationships, gain insight on you as a competitor to make the best decisions to prepare you for your season.

Implementing sport-specific training to maximize athletic performance and reduce the risk and/or severity of injury is my priority with my athletes. To do this, it involves commitment from you and me alike, and means that time is needed to understand your needs and see the best route forward to help you take things to the next level. It is likely that we can work out what you need from the questions you answer, but we need to ensure that we cover all the bases and plan the most effective course of action that will get you ready for game time. 

Remember, in this coaching program you can expect the following:

▪️Weekly 1:1 Zoom/FaceTime check-ins with me (if applicable)

My goal is to only take on clients who are EXTREMELY motivated to reach their goal, not just ‘kind of” interested, as I can only work with so many people at a given time. With that said, I do the best athletes who are ready to take the next step in their athlete career, who are action-takers, who are willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals and are ready to dominate the competition.
