So, the reason I do this process is because I want to set expectations with potential clients and let them know what to expect if they work with me. I've found this way I can be way more involved, build deeper relationships, and make lasting changes.
Teaching you to make a sustainable life change involves commitment from you and me alike, and means that time is needed to understand your needs and see the best route forward to help you. It is likely that we can work out what you need from the questions you answer, but we need to ensure that we cover all the bases and plan the most transformative and suitable plans that will help you achieve your health and fitness lifestyle goals in 2024.

My goal is to only take on clients who are EXTREMELY motivated to reach their goal, not just ‘kind of” interested, as I can only work with so many people at a given time. With that said, I do the best with former athletes who are sick and tired of not being where they want to be, want to elevate their fitness journey, who are action-takers, and are willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals.
