Refund and Payment Policy: 14-day refund policy. If after 14 days, you don't wish to continue, you will be refunded in full, no questions asked. After 14 days you are no longer entitled to a full or pro-rated refunds, with no exceptions. If you decide to cancel your membership subscription at any point, cancellation will take effect at the following pay period, and you will not be charged further and your membership access will last until the end of the current pay period.

Membership communication is through email and membership host. Connor and Connor Frost Mentoring are not responsible for any missed or bounced emails. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that they are receiving any or all pertinent emails and notifications. Client understands that if they "unsubscribe" to any emails, that they will no longer receive them.

Song Ownership Policy: If at any point Connor makes it available for the client to submit a song for review or critique, 100% of the ownership of the song still belongs to the client, and solely the client, as this is considered a "work-for-hire" partnership where Connor and his team are considered a hired "consultants" or "coaches".
